Visiting for the first time?

When visiting Upper Gornal Pentecostal Church for the first time, no matter which service or activity you are attending, you will receive a warm welcome. There will always be someone to greet you and make you feel at ease. If you require assistance getting into Church please contact us here.

There is a large car park situated to the back of the Church, and another car park to the side of the Church both of which are accessed off Eve Lane, and Blue Badge holder spaces in front of the Church.

We have a creche that is available during Sunday Services if your child becomes unsettled during the service.

Baby change facilities are also available if needed.

We are a family Church, that love to Praise, Worship and share Fellowship. We have a wide age range in our congregation and the Sunday Services appeal to all.

Pastor Nigel Marsh is our Pastor, we also have guest speakers sharing The Word of God. Our Sunday Morning Service includes Communion (Breaking of Bread), which is being taken in a Covid safe way. Hand sanitizer is available at the front door and we encourage everyone to use it upon entering the Church.

We sing a variaty of modern songs and traditional hymns. Of course there is no pressure, if you prefer to sit and listen, you are more than welcome to do so.
